Tip 1: Drink Water
Hydration is so important! And it fills you up a bit. Drink a few glasses of water and remember also coffee and booze can dehydrate.
Tip 2: Walk around every 20 minutes
Just go outside and walk for a while. Your body was meant to stay in motion!
Tip 3: Suck on a mint
I have a tin of mints that helps freshen breath and reduce food cravings a bit. Sure there is sugar in the mint but it isn't terrible.
Tip 4: Lots of green salad
Get a bag of salad greens, carrots and some simple dressing and eat it before it rots... which is like a day or two sometimes I can get mixed greens to last three or four days but not much longer.
Tip 5: Low sugar / no soda
Sugar is terrible! I love it I hate it. Just try to avoid it.
