I have always had weight issues. Too thin too fat, it is not easy to stay in the middle! Now that I am 38 I need to make some choices to slim down or be a fatty forever!
Replacing fatty foods with vegetables helps a lot, also if you never purchase crappy foods, they shouldn't make their way into your body! Easy, right?
You can also avoid filling up on so much food by drinking plenty of water and take a moment to consider that next piece of cake or hot dog.
