I once weighed 240 pounds! Then I discovered the secret behind losing weight the easy way. It took a few months, but I didn't even hit the gym once. My Co-workers thought I must be working out at least. NOPE! Here are some things I did to lose weight, about 20 pounds, over about 3-6 months.
Here are my 7 Tips:
1. Stop eating late at night. Your body can't digest when you are sleeping!
2. low / no sugar
3. low / no wheat
4. low / no cheese
5. walk 3 times a day
7. move around every 20 minutes
All these things helped me lose weight. It was pretty amazing that I wasn't even running or sweating in the gym. It won't work for everyone, but it worked for me.
